What is current processing and shipping time for orders?

Because I also work a full time job, processing time for me to send out orders can take up to one week.

USPS Domestic Shipping Times may take up to 30 days!

USPS International Shipping Times may take up to 3 months!

Please note that I am not responsible for the amount of time it takes for your order to ship to you as I can not influence the postal service.

If your order has not arrived after the above time frame, please send me an email at maryberrystudy@gmail.com to see if there is something that can be done!

Do orders come with tracking?

Only if your order has bulk to it which requires it to be mailed in a package. Items that come with shipping include washi tape rolls (not sample cards) and memo pads. All other products are mailed in envelopes to ensure that I can offer the most affordable prices! This also means that if you would like to try out my washi tapes, but the shipping price is too much, please check out the washi tape sample cards as they ship for way less since they are flat! :-)
